At Beurre Studio, we want your experience to feel as smooth as butter—from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your home.

Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the U.S. only. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after leaving our studio.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow it to your doorstep.

Packaging: Each order is wrapped with care, using eco-conscious materials whenever possible.

Please note: shipping times may vary during holidays, new collection launches, or due to carrier delays.

Returns

We hope you love your Beurre Studio pieces. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligibility: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Process: To initiate a return, email us at contact@beurrestudio.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.

Final Sale: Limited edition, custom, or discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
